The breakfast with great coffee was a wonderful start to the day. the rooms were absolutely fantastic and reasonably spacious, offering lovely views and a terrace. - the hotel has an amazing and marvelous location in a nice area, close to the San Carlo statue and garden, the mountainside, and Stresa.

The room I had was newly furnished and large. It was adjacent to garden, San Carlo monument, and Stresa next time, quiet and spectacular location overall. I did not want to leave and will choose it for sure next trip.

The location is stunning and great and the staff are courteous.

The location is amazing, so close to Stresa, Malpensa airport, and tourist activities. the staff is accommodating, super friendly, and quick in responding to my needs. - the meals served are outstanding and exceptional.

The best thing about this hotel is the view over Lago Maggorie.

As we arrived the sink in the bathroom was blocked and the fridge in the room did not work. We asked these to be fixed and they were fixed that day. The fridge was not as clean as I would expect. The toilet was disgusting. Under the seat was brown and it smelt, when I asked the cleaner to resolve it she stated it does not come off and nothing can be done.

Convenient location close to a nice area, within walking distance to a restaurant, Malpensa Airport, and a beautiful city center. 🌆

This was a great family run hotel with everything we needed, particularly lovely food and wine at very reasonable cost. The outlook from dining room is stunning and in retrospect should have paid more for room with a view. Wifi could have been better as usage paid for in hrly blocks but didn't last long. Management were happy to provide more at no cost but a hassle when you're cut off mid sentence.

The lakeview from our suite was absolutely stunning, Breakfast was very good.

The restaurant was closed although the hotel was full.

Fantastic location, modern and clean rooms with all necessary amenities and central heating.

Smoking is allowed near the dining room which isnt pleasant when eating breakfast. Although there is a door between the covered verandah and the dining room, people stand with the door open whilst smoking.

Don't be put off by the fact you have to walk fifteen minutes down hill to get to Arona. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious, the view is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, the food is delicious; and as a student of wine I can honestly say the wine menu is phenominal.

This place has stylish decor and great amenities, exceptional and outstanding food, in an incredible and beautiful location near Malpensa airport.

Staff spoke poorly english, some of them not at all.

Location and kitchen are OK. Staff is correctbut nout really warem-and-friendly. Hotel has an elevator.

Located in a tourist-area they only spek italian. Although the rooms and the kitchen are OK, the hotel is (imho) slightly overpriced.
